Designed for use with analytical (4.6, 3.0 mm i.d.) and narrow-bore (2.1, 1.0 mm i.d.) columns, the patented floating stem design automatically adjusts to any manufacturer's tube stop depth for a zero-dead-volume connection every time. The best part? It's no larger than a standard fitting. Connecting the OPTI-GUARD™ requires no extra tubing, maintaining the minimal impact philosophy that has made the OPTI-GUARD™ line so popular. As always, custom packing is available. Delta-Pak packings, ideal for the separation of peptides, proteins, and natural products, are based on a highly stable, bonded, endcapped 5µm or 15µm spherical silica. Delta-Pak is available in two different pore sizes (100Å and 300Å) with either C4 or C18 bonded phase. Delta-Pak packings are available in different cartridge and column configurations, providing consistent and predictable scale-up capabilities for milligram-to-gram scale purification.
